After Bealtaine
After a long silence
By the by we speak
Weeds grow strong
Self sow and fly high
Once again we aim deep
Perennials prosper
Wild flowers grow
Beneath the long hedgerow
woodland elder flowers shade
Violets and Bluebells rhyme for days
Fragrant roses bloom
June is filled with sweet perfume.
Warmer days apply
When swallows fly
Like before we see rainbows
Beyond the lazy beds
Meadows sing, new beginnings
All at sea
A lullaby
